UCLA is NOT in the Preseason Top 25 Basketball Poll

How far has UCLA basketball fallen to not even be in the preseason coaches' Top 25? I mean, Nebraska is ranked #21 in the poll. I know Pauley Pavilion's floor was ruined, but this might be an even bigger slap in the face to the program.

On the bright side, they still have their world renowned cheerleaders and dancers, so not all is lost for the Bruins! Props to bulgo125 for the pictures.

Game of the Week Cheerleader Preview: (5) Notre Dame v. (2) Florida State

It's just a matter of time before Jameis Winston is ruled ineligible for signing autographs for pay, but you know it's not going to be before Notre Dame comes to town. If we know anything about Florida State, it's they are willing to win at almost any cost. You don't come be known as Free Sneaker University by following the rules.

But since he is unlikely to miss such a massive game (especially the week after Florida State lost their #1 ranking), this matchup is still our Game of the Week. While I don't think Notre Dame has the horses to keep up with the Seminoles, I'm pretty terrible at picking winners. So I fully expect the Fighting Irish to pull this off.

So What is Going on With These Minnesota Dancers?

What do you think this move is called? Have the Minnesota dancers just come up with a new cheer move? I could totally see this sweeping the nation soon.

Sparkly Texas A&M Aggie Dancers

A little of the shine may have worn off the Texas A&M football squad from their early season hype, but that has had absolutely no impact on the Aggie dancers. They are still as shiny and gorgeous as ever!

Kentucky Is NOT Terrible at Football

Back at the beginning of the season we talked about whether or not this would be the year the Kentucky Wildcats broke through and made it to a bowl game. It was an iffy proposition at the time, but I think we can go ahead and pencil the Wildcats into a bowl slot now.

The Florida State Cheerleaders Join the Overhead Cheer Circle Bandwagon

Over on Pro Cheerleader Heaven yesterday, we coined the term "Overhead Cheer Circle" to properly name the common photo taken from above a group of cheerleaders lying on their backs in a big circle. It's one of my favorite pictures, so I thought it deserved a name.

So imagine my joy when I found this picture of the Florida State cheerleaders making their own Overhead Cheer Circle picture. I swear, I'm going to make this a thing!

Week 7 Winners: Mississippi State Bulldogs

Remember last week when I said that maybe Mississippi State was for real this year? Yeah, they are DEFINITELY for real this year!

Week 7 Winners: USC Trojans

Remember a time when USC beating Arizona wouldn't be considered an upset? Yeah, those were the good old days. But maybe we're headed back there now. The Pac-12 is weird place!

Week 7 Winners: Duke Blue Devils

While it may not be an upset on the level of last week's monumental defeats, Duke still knocked off a tough Georgia Tech team on the road and ended a 10 year losing streak to the Yellow Jackets. That's good enough for the Weekly Winners!

East Carolina Dancer Enjoying Herself on the Field

The swing of the hips and the shit-eating grin on her face tell me this East Carolina dancer is having an absolute blast. And she's got to be stoked about how her Pirates have started this football season!

Game of the Week Cheerleader Preview: (2) Auburn v. (3) Mississippi State

Well this game got a lot more interesting in a hurry! This was always going to be a battle of ranked teams, but after Mississippi State's massive upset last and unprecedented climb in the rankings this is a big deal. I'm sure Auburn is really stoked about walking in Starksville the weekend after State's first ever Top 5 ranking.

Of course, this is just another weekend in the SEC. Top 5 match-ups have become the norm at this point.

Game of the Week Cheerleader Preview: (9) TCU v. (5) Baylor

We have another slew of great college football games lined up this weekend, so we're going to have another multi-part Game of the Week Cheerleader Preview this week. I'm pretty sure no one is going to complain this week either.

The first game on our plate is TCU travelling to Waco to put their new found Top 10 status on the line against the high-flying Baylor Bears offense. I'm not sure TCU is the 9th best team in the country right now, but if they pull this one off they are going to be legit contenders in just about everyone's eyes.

Plus, this might be the best match-up of cheerleaders all season, let alone this week!

University of Tennessee-Chattanooga Cheerleaders

I know absolutely nothing about the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga, but a loyal reader sent me some pictures he took of their cheerleaders at a recent football game and I'd be remiss not to share them. So now I have to go out and learn more about the Mocs!

Do The Nevada Cheerleaders Travel in an RV?

For some reason the first thing that popped into my head when I saw this picture was, "Do the Nevada cheerleaders travel around in that RV?" I should ask our pal Mary.

Obviously they don't, but can you imagine? That would be the sexiest RV of all time!

Looks Like It's Penn State's Turn to Whip Up on Michigan

Pure Michigan Wolverines fans; they just can't catch a break. I know we all feel bad for them, but it looks like the Penn State cheerleaders and dancers are next in line to celebrate a thumping of the new Big 10 doormat. How quickly things can change!

Some Attitude Out of the Missouri State Sugar Bears

The Missouri State Sugar Bears have a pretty phenomenal nickname and a bunch of girl next door hotties up and down their roster. So it makes sense to see pictures with the girls showing a little bit of attitude! Love it!

Week 6 Winners: Arizona Wildcats

We should have seen this weekend coming from a mile away. Arizona knocking off Oregon on Thursday night was the start of a massive domino effect that basically obliterated the Top 25. I can't wait to see how the rest of the carnage plays out over the next few weeks. This is why college football is the best!

Week 6 Winners: Ole Miss Rebels

Ole Miss finally knocked off the big, bad Tide. I honestly didn't think the Rebels were for real this year, but it looks like I was wrong. This is a huge win that could absolutely put Ole Miss in the college football playoff this year. Who saw that coming?

Week 6 Winners: TCU Horned Frogs

This is the TCU team everyone expected when they got the call from the Big 12 a couple of years ago. I'm not sure if this officially announces their arrival in the conference or not, but it sure made a lot of people happy to see the Sooners go down in flames.

Week 6 Winners: Mississippi State Bulldogs

It was a big week for the state of Mississippi. The Mississippi State Bulldogs exposed Texas A&M and came out of it with the highest AP ranking in school history. The fact they had to share it with their in-state rival might not let it shine as bright, but that's what the Egg Bowl is for!

Week 6 Winners: Utah Utes

I've been rooting for the Utes to regain their pre-Pac 12 form in football so I could highlight their cheerleaders and dancers for awhile now. Hopefully this is the game that gets them on the right track!

Week 6 Winners: Arizona State Sun Devils

The wildest finish to an upset this week absolutely belongs to Arizona State and their 46-yard hail mary to end the game. I feel like it was a very appropriate way to finish a crazy day of football!

Week 6 Winners: Northwestern Wildcats

Of all the upsets this weekend, this is probably the one nobody saw coming. It's not that Northwestern is a bad team, I just don't think anyone expected them to slow down Wisconsin so much. It's a pretty major feat to hold that rushing attack to 14 points in a half, let alone a full game!

Week 6 Winners: Utah State Aggies

There were a crap ton of upsets this weekend in college football, so we're going to start at the bottom of the Top 25 and work our way up. This might take a bit.

Utah State came out of nowhere this weekend to injury a darkhorse Heisman Trophy candidate and derail a possible undefeated season for BYU all in one fell swoop. Big time win for the Aggies.

Game of the Week Cheerleader Preview: (15) LSU v. (5) Auburn

I promise this is the last game we are going to dub the Game of the Week, but I felt wrong about passing over this amazing SEC primetime match-up. You've got the defending champ Auburn Tigers protecting their Top 5 ranking against an LSU squad that needs this win to stay relevant in the division.

If that's not a Game of the Week I don't know what is.

Game of the Week Cheerleader Preview: (14) Stanford v. (9) Notre Dame

Once again Notre Dame finds themselves in the Top 10 for absolutely no good reason early in the season. They are so overrated that they are a 2 point underdog at home to a lower ranked team. That just doesn't happen. Of course, now that I've said this they will come out and hang a 40-spot on Stanford and make me look like a complete fool.

And, yes, I do recognize the fact this is our 2nd Game of the Week post for today. Today's schedule has a lot of great games on it. Sue me. Hell, I might not be done at 2 games!
